If you have medical conditions that need to be covered:

ALL that occurred within the last two years must be declared.

Failure to do so will invalidate the policy and result in claims being declined relating to all medical conditions, even those declared. The option to remove a condition during the medical screening process is designed purely to delete a condition added in error, not to omit a condition that should be declared.
