No Quarantine for Vaccinated

No quarantine on return from amber list countries for fully vaccinated UK residents from 19th July

All information detailed within is applicable as of 09/07/21 and is subject to change based on the latest COVID-19 risk assessments, we will endeavour to keep clients up to date with the latest information.

The government has announced the return of international travel and summer holidays as fully vaccinated UK residents (and children under 18) will no longer need to isolate on return from amber list countries, starting 19th July. The advice against leisure travel is also set to be removed from this date.

Whilst you can now travel to both green and amber list countries, we must stress the importance of checking the latest advice from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. If the FCDO are advising against all or all but essential travel to your destination, no cover will be provided by It's So Easy Travel Insurance policies, regardless of the countries tier in the traffic light system. There are some circumstances where we can cover essential travel, but you'll need to contact us to discuss your requirements.

Since the latest government announcement, the FCDO have updated their travel advice for a number of popular holiday destinations including France, Spain, Greece, Portugal and USA. Entry requirements and restrictions may still apply in some countries and travellers will be required to take a pre-departure COVID-19 test before travel and a PCR test 2 days after arrival.

The restrictions for travel to red list countries have not changed. Travellers will still be required to quarantine on return to the UK. No cover is available with It's So Easy Travel Insurance for travel to red list countries.
