Emergency Medical Assistance


It's So Easy Travel Insurance offer insurance cover with two main providers. All contact details are contained within your policy booklet and schedule. 


If you need emergency medical assistance abroad, please contact the appropriate 24 hour medical assistance line using the following details. Please check your policy number to ensure you are contacting the correct department.

How to make a claim:


If you have purchased our pre-existing medical condition policy, and your policy number begins with ISETI/OK, you need to contact Travel Claims Facilities on 0203 829 6683 or email claims@tifgroup.co.uk. Alternatively, you can complete a claims form online at www.tifgroup.co.uk/customer/claims.


For all other policy numbers which includes those beginning with ITS, IST, MT, MTLUK, MTLST, MTNRC and MTOWT - Telephone +44 (0) 330 660 0549 or email claims@mstream.co.uk. Download a claims form online at www.csal.co.uk.
