One Way Trip FAQs

This policy is designed to cover you for a one way trip starting in the United Kingdom. Cover will expire after 48 hours once you have reached the country of your final destination. This policy is designed to provide cover for an outbound trip where cover is no longer required once the final destination has been reached.

Yes, but please be aware that repatriation will be back to the UK.

All It’s So Easy policies include cover for emergency medical expenses which includes those associated with COVID-19 whilst abroad. However, cover will cease once you have reached your final destination so you will no longer be covered under this section.

Our Left UK policies are underwritten by Millstream Underwriting Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority FRN 308584.

Our policies are available to you if you are permanently resident in the United Kingdom (UK) and registered with a general practitioner (GP) in the UK.

Yes. For your cover to remain valid, you need to declare any pre-existing medical condition that falls within our declaration questions. If you fail to disclose relevant medical information, then you may not be fully covered in the event of a claim.

We do not need the names of the medication or the dosage, only the condition that the medication is prescribed to treat or prevent.

Cancellation cover is provided from the point of sale up until your departure from the UK.

Our One Way Trip policy is available up to the age of 79.

If you need to amend your policy because you have noticed a problem or error with your documents, want to amend the name of an insured person, add a new person to the policy, purchase an additional cover option or tell us about a change in your health or medication, please contact us by telephone so we can update our records and arrange to send your amended documentation by email.

Children under 18 must have at least one named adult on the policy. The child is covered providing he or she is travelling with at least one of these adults.
