Your cooling-off period of 14 days allows you to go ahead and buy with confidence, knowing that you can cancel the policy if you change your mind, as long as you have not travelled or made a claim.

You should buy your travel insurance as soon as you book your trip if you have opted for a product that included cancellation cover. In regards the trip itself, you are covered from the time you start your trip right up until the day you return back to the UK.

We provide a 14 day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of your policy documents. If you contact us during this period, you are entitled to a full refund provided you have not travelled or made any claims against the policy.
