To be eligible for an insurance policy with a terminal condition, your prognosis must be more than 6 months from your planned return date. We are also required to confirm that you are fit and well to travel, and that you are not travelling against the advice of your doctor or consultant. We undertake this medical screening so that your insurance policy is tailored to your specific circumstances, which allows us to offer the most competitive insurance premium. All our policies include emergency medical expenses relating to your existing medical condition, and if you have an unforeseen change to your health before travel, cancellation cover is available up to £5,000 per insured depending on the policy type and cover level selected.

Yes. In order for your cover to remain valid, you need to declare any pre-existing medical condition that falls within our declaration questions. If you fail to disclose relevant medical information then you may not be fully covered in the event of a claim.
We do not need the names of the medication or the dosage, only the condition that the medication is prescribed to treat or prevent.
Single trip cover is available for trips up to 365 days in duration depending on the policy type selected.
