Stranded Passenger is only available on policies beginning ITS or IST, underwritten by Millstream Underwriting Limited. These include our Classic, HIV Specialist, Long Stay, Already Left UK, No Residency and One Way Trip policies.
A delay in your flight can be a frustrating experience which is why we've included the Stranded Passenger service, giving you access to a global network of more than 1200 airport lounges around the world. Once you've registered your flight and passenger details, we monitor the international departure boards and if your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, we will send an access code to your phone allowing you or your registered travellers access to an eligible executive lounge.
To registered for 360 Stranded Passenger, just follow the link in your policy document vault and remember to provide your details at least 24 hours before boarding. This service does not form part of the insurance contract and is arranged separately by Millstream Underwriting Limited.
